What is a travel eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. A travel eSIM adds a prepaid data plan for your destination, which you install by scanning a QR code instead of inserting a plastic SIM card.

Will my phone work with an eSIM?

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM. Check your device before you buy.

When does my plan’s validity start?

It depends on the plan. Each plan shows its activation terms before you buy, including whether validity starts when you install the eSIM or when it first connects at your destination. How eSIM validity works.

Can I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

Yes. On dual-SIM phones your usual SIM stays installed, so WhatsApp and iMessage keep your existing number while the travel eSIM provides mobile data.

When should I install my eSIM?

Install it before you travel while you have Wi-Fi, then switch to the eSIM for mobile data when you arrive. Check your plan’s activation terms first, as some plans start their validity on installation.

Can I get a refund?
