  1. Scope and Acceptance
    These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Graba Mobile Ltd ("Graba SIM", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Customer", "you", "your") who registers for, purchases, downloads, installs or uses our eSIM or physical SIM connectivity services ("Services").
    By clicking Accept, ordering a plan, scanning the QR code or otherwise activating a SIM, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
    Where you buy Services on behalf of a business or another individual, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity.
  2. Description of Services
    Graba SIM provides prepaid mobile data, voice and SMS plans for travellers via eSIM technology. Supported devices and coverage areas are shown on our website or app and may change without notice.
    Plans, volumes, speeds, validity periods, throttling rules and compatible networks vary by country or region and are displayed at checkout.
    The Services are provided on a pre-paid, pay-as-you-go basis; no credit facility is offered.
  3. User Account & Eligibility
    To purchase or manage a plan you must create an account, supplying a valid email address and password.
    You must:
    • be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
    • ensure your device is network-unlocked and supports eSIM;
    • keep login credentials secure and immediately notify us of unauthorised use.
  4. Contract Formation, Term & Termination
    A contract arises when we email you an order confirmation or display the eSIM profile in your dashboard.
    The contract ends automatically when the plan validity period expires or all data/allowance is consumed, whichever occurs first.
    We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately (without liability) if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, exceed fair-usage limits or violate applicable law.
  5. Fees, Taxes & Payment
    Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT/GST where applicable.
    We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.
    You are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion or card-issuer fees.
  6. Delivery & Activation
    Immediately after a successful purchase we display and/or email the eSIM activation code (and, where relevant, a short URL or QR code).
    Important: Activation occurs when the profile is installed or first registers on a network, whichever is earlier. From that moment the plan starts running.
  7. Refund, Cancellation & Modification Policy
    Cooling-off (un-activated) – You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the eSIM profile has not been installed or otherwise activated.
    Non-refundable after activation – Once a SIM/eSIM has been activated it is deemed used and is strictly non-refundable, even if unused data or validity remains.
    Where a technical fault solely attributable to Graba SIM prevents activation, you must contact support within 30 days, cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps and provide evidence. We may issue a replacement plan or refund at our discretion.
    We are not responsible for: incorrect device settings, incompatible handsets, poor local coverage, roaming restrictions, or charges from alternative communication methods (e.g. hotel Wi-Fi, backup SIMs, satellite hotspots).
  8. Fair Usage & Prohibited Activities
    You must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from:
    • unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or abusive behaviour;
    • reselling, sublicensing or sharing the Service for commercial gain;
    • excessive tethering, permanent streaming or other usage that materially degrades network performance for others;
    • reverse-engineering, hacking or attempting unauthorised access to our systems.
    If we reasonably suspect breach, we may throttle, suspend or terminate the Service and/or report the matter to authorities.
  9. Service Availability, Disclaimer & Maintenance
    The Services rely on underlying third-party carrier networks and the Internet. Coverage, speed and latency are not guaranteed and may vary by location, building materials, weather, congestion and other factors.
    We endeavour to keep the Service available at all times but scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.
    Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  10. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
    Subject to 10.1, we shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for:
    • indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill, data or anticipated savings;
    • any failure or delay caused by force majeure events (e.g. natural disaster, war, government action, power or network outage, strikes).
    Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected plan.
  11. Data Protection
    We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below), which forms part of these Terms.
  12. Changes to the Terms
    We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and take effect on the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms (and any non-contractual obligations) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
