Keep your eSIM installed. Do not delete it or share its QR code. Contact support before retrying an installation that reports an already-used code.

  1. Step 1: Prepare the device and order

Confirm that your exact phone variant supports eSIM and is network-unlocked. Connect to reliable Wi-Fi and open the installation details delivered after fulfilment. Keep the QR code on another screen if scanning from this phone.

  2. Step 2: On Samsung Galaxy, open SIM manager

In Settings, open Connections, then SIM manager or SIM card manager. Choose Add eSIM and the QR-code option, then scan the code supplied for this order and follow the prompts. Labels differ between Galaxy software versions.

  3. Step 3: On Google Pixel, add an eSIM

In Settings, open Network & internet, then SIMs. Choose Add SIM and Set up an eSIM, then follow the prompts using your supplied installation details. Other Android phones may use a different mobile-network menu.

  4. Step 4: If scanning is unavailable

Use the manual entry option if your installation details provide the required address and activation code. Copy them exactly. A QR code may be limited to one installation; if the phone says it is already used, check whether the profile is already installed before trying again.

  5. Step 5: Choose the eSIM for mobile data

Label the travel line and select it as the mobile-data SIM when instructed by your plan. Enable roaming on that line if required by its instructions. Keep your home SIM’s chargeable data roaming and automatic data switching disabled if you do not intend to use them.

  6. Step 6: Test at a covered destination

Check the plan’s validity and remaining allowance. An installed profile may not connect before you reach a supported network. If it still has no data at your destination, use the troubleshooting checklist rather than deleting the profile.
