First check your exact device. Read when the plan starts before installing: some products may begin validity on installation, so early setup is not always appropriate. When you can use your phone after landing

Follow the crew’s instructions for device use. Select the intended eSIM as the mobile-data line and configure roaming according to that plan’s instructions. Review your primary SIM’s roaming and automatic data switching separately; ordinary calls and SMS may have separate home-carrier charges.

If you cannot connect

Check that the travel line is enabled and selected, the plan is valid and the destination is covered. Follow any supplied APN or network-selection instructions. Avoid deleting the profile unless support or its installation instructions advise it, because reinstalling may be restricted. Keep a fallback connection available for support.
